Denim Is The New Black

Recently in Texas the weather has been below 30 degrees and it is FREEZING. Although, today was in the low 60's and I had to take advantage of not wearing eight layers of clothing at once. This past weekend I went shopping with some of my girls and I picked up these super cute and comfy jeans from Runway Seven. I have been looking for denim jeans that were frayed at the bottom with rips in them and I couldn't help but buy these immediately (for only $60)! I paired it with a Tommy shirt which is definitely not my boyfriends...shhh... and a chunky black belt from Old Navy in the men's section because it was cheaper ;)  I'm usually not the jean-on-jean kind of girl but I found that my jean jacket pulled the outfit together and it's really stylish. Lastly, my Steve Madden booties may have been my favorite purchase ever. They are SO comfortable since they are chunky heels and they go with any outfit. I highly recommend these and if you purchase them at an outlet mall you may get as lucky as I did with a 50% off deal!!

The blue & green flannel is no longer sold but  here  is one similar //  Slayer t-shirt  //  Black denim jeans  //  Vince sneakers A few weeks ago I was driving around and saw all these buses parked and I thought that it would be a unique place to take pictures and I love the way they turned out! The yellow color really makes my dark outfit pop and standout. The jeans that I'm wearing are one of my favs, they're super stretchy and the frayed bottoms is the best part about them. I'm wearing my boyfriends t-shirt (shocker) and I tied it up in a knot at the front to make the outfit more of my style. I'm not sure where he got this t-shirt, especially since it is more grunge than both of our styles, but it fit the look perfectly.
