Winter/Spring Pastels






I'm not sure if y'all can tell, but I am definitely ready for spring and summer weather! I had to take advantage of the warm air once again by pairing my loose, shoulder cut-off shirt (which I purchased from a local boutique and I can't find a similar one online.... but a shirt like this is also perfect for Sunday service!) with my high-waisted Heartbreaker bebe jeans. These jeans are soft, stretchy, and go well with anything. I love the color and they're extremely flattering. I bought my shoes from a local Kohl's and I'm not going to lie, but I was very iffy about these at first when purchasing them. I wasn't sure what I was going to wear them but I'm glad I got the courage to buy them!! They look adorable with most jeans and even jean skirts to dresses; the blush color is what sold me. My three charm bracelets are from Alex and Ani, each of them from Nordstrom's Rack. Lastly, my lip color is from Victoria's Secret in the color Love: Rose Mauve. I know it's a different place to buy lipstick but it works really well and I love how matte it is!

Denim Is The New Black

Although, today was in the low 60's and I had to take advantage of not wearing eight layers of clothing at once. This past weekend I went shopping with some of my girls and I picked up these super cute and comfy jeans from Runway Seven. I have been looking for denim jeans that were frayed at the bottom with rips in them and I couldn't help but buy these immediately (for only $60)! The yellow color really makes my dark outfit pop and standout. The jeans that I'm wearing are one of my favs, they're super stretchy and the frayed bottoms is the best part about them. I'm wearing my boyfriends t-shirt (shocker) and I tied it up in a knot at the front to make the outfit more of my style. I'm not sure where he got this t-shirt, especially since it is more grunge than both of our styles, but it fit the look perfectly.
